Common questions
What's the difference between Stalker and an M3U line?
Stalker (also called Ministra) is portal middleware from Infomir, who make MAG boxes. The subscription is tied to your device's MAC address, so the box logs into a portal URL and pulls everything down itself. An M3U or Xtream line is a username and password you type into a player app. We give you both.
Can I use TiVimate?
Yes, with the M3U/Xtream credentials rather than the Stalker portal — TiVimate doesn't support the Stalker protocol. The setup guide covers both.
Do I need a special box?
No. If the screen runs apps — smart TV, Firestick, phone, tablet, laptop — it works. MAG and Formuler boxes are supported too if you already own one.
What happens when my subscription expires?
The line stops, but your account, credentials, registered MAC and device setup stay exactly as they were. Sign in, recharge, and playback resumes — nothing to reinstall.
Can I try before paying?

TiVimate on Android TV or Android box
Install TiVimate
On the Android TV home screen open the Google Play Store, search TiVimate, install. Free to start; the premium unlock is a one-off payment to TiVimate, not to us.
Add your playlist
Open TiVimate → Add playlist → Xtream Codes. Enter the server URL, username and password from your account page.
Let the guide build
TiVimate downloads the channel list and 7-day EPG — about a minute. Pick your favourite groups when it asks, and you're done.
TiVimate on Amazon Firestick
TiVimate isn't in the Amazon appstore, so it installs through the Downloader app instead.
Allow installs
Firestick Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options → turn on Install unknown apps for Downloader.
Get Downloader
Search the Firestick store for Downloader (orange icon) and install. Open it and enter the link from your welcome email.
Install and sign in
Downloader fetches the installer — choose Install, then Open. From there it's the same: Add playlist → Xtream Codes → your details.
MAG box, Formuler, or Smart STB
Find your MAC address
On a MAG box it's on the sticker underneath and in Settings → System info. In Smart STB it's on the app's home screen. Looks like 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX.
Send it to us
Add it at checkout or reply to your welcome email. We register that MAC against the portal, usually within minutes.
Enter the portal URL
On the box: Settings → Servers → Portals. Paste the portal URL from your account page, save, restart the portal. The channel list loads itself.
